Commercial Maintenance Engineer is needed for area buildings in North Houston. HVAC and Electrical Certifications are a plus. To perform technical and mechanical functions as directed by the Lead Engineer for the purpose of operating the property in a manner consistent with maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and service to the building owner and its tenants.
