Property Manager - Channelview, TX
Currently seeking an experienced, motivated bilingual Property Manager for small area apartment community. Position will be responsible for overseeing the running and maintenance of the property including all management; showing and leasing apartments; assisting with rent collection and posting; and working closely with Regional Supervisor and Corporate office to maintain Company standards. Commercial Maintenance Professionals - Austin, TX
Experienced, reliable Commercial Maintenance Professional is needed for Austin, Texas. Will be responsible for responding to maintenance issues for our commercial buildings. Must have previous experience in handling day-to-day maintenance of building operations including diagnosis and repair of heating and A/C, plumbing, equipment installation, electrical services, lighting, doors and signage. Coordinates with property management staff in performing tenant work order and general maintenance work.
